Introduction
Whistleblowers Psionic Community offers four programs for four Whistleblower Psionic Community Partners: Large Enterprises, Medium Enterprises, Small Enterprises, and the Citizens Network. In the following introduction they are explained in brief to give you and idea of the category that you and or your business will best fit.
Introduction to The Enterprises Programs
In the business world, enterprises can be classified as small, medium or large depending on their size. Each category has a designation that is both quantitative as well as qualitative. This analysis not only reflects the number of employees and turnover, but there are also makes important distinctions in terms of structure, market scope and capacity to have an economic impact. We will explain below the different features that define each kind of enterprise.
Here is a brief outline of each of the categories.
Small Enterprises
In Australia according to the Australian Taxation Office a Small Enterprise is a business entity that has an aggregated turnover of under $10 million. Fair Work Australia states that a small business has less than 15 employees whereas the ABS says less than 20 employees. They are normally independent businesses with a simple ownership and management structure and there are approximately 2,520,419 small business in 2024 that make up 97.2% of the business population.
According to the Treasury.gov.au Australian small businesses employ more than 5 million people and contribute more than $500 billion to the national GDP. This value represents close to 28% or 27.77% of our GDP for the year. It means that a firm backbone of Australia is the Small Business Owner.

Medium Sized Enterprises
Medium Sized are organizations that are larger than small businesses, but smaller than large enterprises. In Australia, according the the Australian Bureau of Statistics, they actively trade with 20–199 employees. Traditionally they represent companies with a group turnover of between $10 million and $250 million, and the individuals controlling these companies. In this ATO study report most companies in our analysis had a turnover of less than $50 million. There are approximately 64,559 medium sized businesses in Australia which make up 2.5% of the total number of businesses.

Large Sized Enterprises
Large Enterprises are organizations whose numbers are relatively few, but their size power and network allow their ability to dominate a particular market. This means that they produce the majority of total revenue within an industry when taking into account the other smaller business sizes in Australia. In Australia Large Enterprises are large corporate group or conglomerates with turnover greater than $250 million. There are approximately 1,989 large corporate groups with more than 8,000 income tax reporting entities in Australia. This represents over 35,000 active companies.
The ATO defines a large corporate group (Large Enterprise) as one with a group turnover greater than $250 million. There are approximately 1,989 large corporate groups with more than 8,000 income tax reporting entities in Australia. This represents over 35,000 active companies. These groups include Australian public, Australian private and majority foreign-owned businesses.
Often these large corporate groups carry out transactions at a national and international level with a significant influence on the GDP and global economy.

Introduction to The Citizens’ Network Program
In addition to our Whistleblower Enterprise Program we also offer a program for our concerned citizens. This program is for Individuals who believe that their civic duty is paramount to human achievement and community success. It is very similar to the Enterprise Program but is sold by the for their personal achievements within their communities.
It is our goal to enroll 28 million Australians in our program. When each of us achieve our civic duty as humans and more importantly as Australians we can create the most perfect Australia for ourselves our children and for our people.
