This is a higher level of standardization than our Australian National Systems. We recommend that you select this Whistleblower Kit if you have direct involvement with Multinational Organizations that require their Strategic Partners, Associates, and Affiliates to maintain the highest level of compliance.
The ASIC Whistleblower Kit
ASIC is the Australian Security and Investment Commission and it is the premier watchdog for breaches in the Corporation Act 2001. They have a duty of care to ensure that all Registered Organizations comply with all laws including Civil Law, Criminal Law, Contract Law, Tort Law, and Corporate Law. ASIC values the people from inside companies and organisations who come to ASIC who report to them incident reports of misconduct; from its potential phase through actual breaches in the law.
