What is the IOS Whistleblower Kit
ISO is an international designed set of standards for the Multinational that engages in global business markets. It is the International Organization for Standardization and is an independent, non-governmental, international standard development organization composed of representatives from the national standards organizations of member countries. The Citizen’s Network Whistleblower Kit includes all of the standards for Whistleblowing that are globally recognized. This is an important distinction for Large Enterprises desiring to expand into new markets and meeting the recognized quality, and merit of excellence that is required in certain countries. This is a higher level of standardization than our Australian National Systems. We recommend that you select this Whistleblower Kit if you have direct involvement with Multinational Organizations that require their Strategic Partners, Associates, and Affiliates to maintain the highest level of compliance.
What is ASIC Whistleblower Kit
ASIC is the Australian Security and Investment Commission and it is the premier watchdog for breaches in the Corporation Act 2001. They have a duty of care to ensure that all Registered Organizations comply with all laws including Civil Law, Criminal Law, Contract Law, Tort Law, and Corporate Law. ASIC values the people from inside companies and organisations who come to ASIC who report to them incident reports of misconduct; from its potential phase through actual breaches in the law. ASIC requires important information to assist them with enforcement and the prosecution of criminal acts within the business community. Their enforcement and prosecutions ensure that consumers maintain trust within the industry as well as in Australian in general.
