What is a Disclosure Support Kit?

A Disclosure Support Kit is a Whistleblower Psionic Community system that citizen’s networks and other participants use to disclose wrongdoing in our communities. Whistleblowing in Australia has a very specific definition as one who has inside knowledge of an organisation operations, and reports misconduct, dishonest or illegal activity that may have occurred within that organisation. It allows specific protections only for employees, employers, family of employees, suppliers, and contractors for their reports to minimize emotional and economic loss due to their reporting activities.

Specific types of misconduct include the following:
- failure to comply with a legal duty;
- gross mismanagement or waste;
- dishonest or unethical behaviour by an individual; or
- fraud or other type of criminal behaviour.

Typically, members of the community, such as consumers, do not fall under the definition of whistleblowers. Disclosures are the terms we use to define reporting of misconduct, wrongdoing, various types of fraud witnessed as a consumer. The role of the Disclosure is just as important as a whistleblower. They play a role to alert business, and various agencies of the conduct, when the staff and their employers may be reluctant to “blow the whistle”. (See HERE for more information)

The Disclosure Support Kit, therefore, gives the disclosurer (wrongdoing reporter) information, valuable tools, and training so that they may report any consumer activities that appear as misconduct a and provide evidence to the Whistleblower Psionic Community. This is a position where the selected persons can work into a fun fulltime position.
