A Whistleblower discloser is an individual, often an employee or insider, who reports unethical, illegal, or harmful activities occurring within an organization. This act of disclosure is critical as it serves to expose wrongdoing that may otherwise go unrecognized or unaddressed, such as fraud, environmental violations, or safety concerns. By coming forward, whistleblowers play a pivotal role in promoting transparency and accountability, not only within their organizations but also in the broader business landscape. Their courage to speak out can lead to investigations, reforms, and, ultimately, a culture where ethical behavior is prioritized.
Whistleblower Psionic Community is looking for key people to become Disclosures within their employment environment, and then act as Incident Reporters outside of the context of their workplace. These are two distinctions that are being instigated within our Australian society. We are in the process of creating a payment scheme that should fairly compensate every Disclosurer and Reporter for their keen eyes, admissible evidence, and most importantly report. Current, the remuneration is dependent upon our open accounts, but, in time we are hoping that the State and Federal Governments will show their support and will create payment packages that are similar to Canada, United States of America, and India when the community whistleblowers show support by reporting/disclosing wrongdoing of all types.
Business Supporters, on the other hand, are typically stakeholders, such as partners, investors, or community members, who advocate for organizational practices that align with ethical standards and corporate social responsibility in whistleblowing. They recognize the value of a transparent and accountable business environment and often encourage whistleblowers (staff, contractors, family members) to report any misconduct they may witness.
By supporting a whistleblower’s right to disclose information without fear of retaliation, the Business Supporters enhance a company’s integrity, reputation, and provide valuable services to the community through strong leadership. Additionally, they help create a culture where ethical practices are the norm and are encouraged, thereby contributing to the overall health and sustainability of the business ecosystem, the community, state, and Australia. Together, Whistleblower Disclosers and Business Supporters foster a marketplace where ethical conduct is celebrated and wrongdoing is effectively challenged.
